NextGen Barista, our coffee education project

The NextGen Barista project involves Dalla Corte trainers within the Carlo Porta hospitality Institute in Milan and the school’s coffee training program, introducing SCA courses, competitions, and offering students the opportunity to attend international coffee events.

We are thrilled to see such young talented students participating in our NextGen program, it's inspiring to watch them develop their skills and passion for coffee!

This program allows young students to discover the world of coffee and develop their skills as future professionals. We are delighted to have started this collaboration with the Carlo Porta Institute that will go on also next year to keep contributing to the growth of the coffee industry through education and training.

The NextGen Barista project allows students to gain hands-on experience in the coffee industry, learning about the supply chain, workflow, and customer interaction. We believe that by investing in the next generation of professionals, we can ensure the future of the coffee industry.

NextGen Barista is dedicated to the memory of Raffaello Calabrese, DC Italy sales manager, who was one of the main promoters of coffee education in schools.
