What's Next in the World of Coffee

MICE was filled with a spirit of post-pandemic reconnection, something we had missed in the Coffee Industry, and in most industries, over the past few years. 

To add even more joy to the occasion, Australia’s own champion Anthony Douglas won the World Barista Championship, thrilling us Aussies. Now, with MICE 2022 at an end, It is time to look forward to the events on the horizon.

The 2023 World Barista Championship, World Brewers Cup, World Cup Tasters Championship, and World Cezve/Ibrik Championship are set to take place in Athens from June 22 - 24, at World of Coffee Athens.

In November 2023, at the Taiwan International Coffee Show in Taipei, the World Latte Art Championship, the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, and the World Coffee Roasting Championship will be held.

We are looking forward to watching the Australian Coffee Championships next year to see what new bright face will emerge in the world of coffee and lead us to (hopefully) another global victory in 2023!
