What are we doing for our PlaNet? - Packaging Edition

At Dalla Corte, we're passionate about two things: making the best espresso machines in the world, and having a world that’s healthy enough for those espresso machines to work their magic for a very long time. That's why we're committed to sustainable packaging.

We use recycled materials whenever possible, and we design our packaging to be as efficient as possible. We also make it easy to recycle our packaging at the end of its lifecycle.

Our sustainable packaging is designed with both social responsibility and our customers' requests in mind. We're committed to reducing our environmental footprint while providing the same level of protection for our products.

One example of our sustainable packaging is the packaging for our multigroup machines and coffee grinders. The iconic DC wooden case is easily repurposed, and the interior packaging is made of cardboard with pre-formed interiors to protect the machine and keep it suspended at 360 degrees. This solution allows for damage-free storage and safe transport. Unlike plastic, cardboard and wood are biodegradable and can be easily recycled or composted at the end of their lifecycle. This reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills, minimises pollution, and conserves precious natural resources.
