Umami Coffee Camp organizes an overseas course in Honduras to study all the aspects related to coffee, from the green beans to the cup. In the cooperative COCAFCAL in Las Capucas, specialized in the production of specialty coffees, you will be trained and lead by two coffee experts at international level: Andrej Godina e Andrea Onelli.
