The Second Chance Project, new life for Evolution

The Second Chance Project breathes new life into outdated Dalla Corte coffee machines from the Evolution series, our very first multi-group espresso machine. At the same time, it offers a second chance at life to the inmates of the Bollate Penitentiary, just outside Milan.

Not only are these espresso machines’ performances on the same level as brand-new ones, they also have a backstory, giving them a stronger character. The Second Chance Project encourages sustainability and a more environmentally conscious manufacturing, bringing the coffee industry further into the future.
