Real Time Weight System

Our Real Time Weight System is an integrated drop by drop control technology, installed on commercial espresso machine XT, - Dalla Corte’s most eXTreme multigroup machine.

On the digital touchscreens on top of each group, you can view the exact weight of extracted coffee in the cup and the total amount of water that was used in the whole extraction process. To activate the Real Time Weight control, all you need to do is press the yellow multifunction button when the first drops of coffee start flowing down the portafilter’s spout: the grams of liquid flowing in the cup will appear on the screen.
