A day full of excitement and coffee, what more would you want? Our second Coffee&Talks in Colombia went great!

Barista Jam, a day dedicated to baristas and coffee lovers. The main topics where grinding, flow profiling and roasting, and of course workshops on dedicated tasting session.

The day ended in style with Coffee Sensory skills lab and a big Dalla Corte style party, with a captivating Flow King contest with Mina, a barista competition which proclaimed Ray Villa the winner for the best flow profile for his coffee.
