Purschwarz, a small roastery in Wiggensbach im Allgäu, Germany. Actually, it is much more than that. It’s a vocation that Alexander Gourguis discovered at his first sip of Panama Geisha: it is one thing to enjoy your usual cup of espresso at the bar, but this new tasting experience inspired Gourguis to dig deeper into the specialty coffee world and open his very own roastery, Purschwarz.

Just as roasting reveals the coffee beans’ true flavour, extracting an espresso with the right professional machine will bring out its true colours - Purschwarz has chosen a Dalla Corte EVO2 commercial machine as their trusted companion for consistent extractions.

Equipped with the multiboiler technology, it is possible to set the temperature with an accuracy of 0.1 ° C.. And since each group head is totally independent, you can also work with only one group and switch off all the others, saving on energy bills.
