PIR Expo is giving us so much! Since 1997 this international fair has been one of the top leaders in the HoReCa sector, with a wide exhibition of products, educational activities and competitions.

The coffee branch of PIR Expo is called PIR-COFFEE, here guests can listen to new projects and lectures about the coffee world from the best speakers and access to the two coffee championship areas.

This year Dalla Corte is sponsoring the latte art championships with commercial espresso machine XT, our most eXTreme machine! Observe the competing baristas carefully calibrating the temperature on the metal pitcher, keeping the tip of the steam wand just below the milk surface and moving skilfully to better incorporate air, creating amazing patterns.
