One Month to World of Coffee

Like many a barista, we too are packing our togs, thongs, and proper Aussie sunscreen for a Greek holiday in Athens. With only one month to go, two champions to represent us, and too many bets made with our global colleagues, we are ready for World of Coffee! 

Jack Simpson, from Axil Coffee Roasters (of Anthony Douglas fame) will be representing Australia in the World Barista Championship, while Thomas Hutchins from Code Black Coffee will be representing Australia in the World Brewers Cup. As we did last year, following the World Coffee Championships, Dalla Corte will be hosting the World Espresso Championship.
