At every step of the production process, from the moment the beans are harvested to when the coffee is brewed, Ogawa upholds the standards that come with being “Coffee Artisans of Kyoto” - a task that Ogawa believes can only be achieved by protecting the planet’s environment and the lives of coffee producers, the foundations of coffee making.
