Nude Nutrition: Kiama's Minimalist Gem

Just a ten minute walk from the iconic Kiama Blowhole, Nude Nutrition is a popular weekend escape for both Sydneysiders and Canberrans alike. Launched in November of 2021, the cafe has managed to not only survive the worst stages of the pandemic, but has already gained a popular following. 

Owners Chloe Williams and Kyle Flanagan were inspired to open a cafe that promoted health and purposeful living in their community. “We pride ourselves in educating and showing others that you can go out and enjoy meals that are still good for you and your health, without feeling guilty.” Chloe has said. If their popular protein pancakes are anything to go by, they certainly know what they’re talking about. 

Elegant and functional, a white Dalla Corte XT  with custom wood Pullman handles sits front and centre at the coffee bar of Nude Nutrition, effortlessly blending in with the natural and minimalist aesthetic around it.

Nude Nutrition serves “Maverick”, an espresso blend from Delano Specialty roasters in Wollongong. Bright with hints of peach and marmalade, this blend of washed and natural beans has notes of butterscotch when mixed with milk for a sweet balanced coffee. With the XT’s fixed flow rate capabilities and precise weight and temperature controls, Chloe and Kyle can be sure the flavor in every cup they sell is consistently delicious. 

The XT is a perfect fit at Nude Nutrition, aligning with their core values with its entirely lead-free components and energy saving independent boiler system.
