MFR - Manual Flow Regulator

Our Manual Flow Regulator allows you to change the water flow on Dalla Corte commercial espresso machine XT. By acting on water flow, you can enhance different organoleptic properties from the same coffee beans or simply fix the ideal flow for each type of coffee you are serving.

The MFR is installed on each independent group of XT - once you've adjusted your ideal flow with the dedicated tool, it will remain constant throughout the extraction. This way you can assign each group to a specific profile for the same coffee or to a different coffee variety.
