The Milk
Control System is our automatic steam wand, designed by our R&D department
to make the smoothest micro foam for your milk frothed drinks.
When trying
to froth milk to perfection, it’s important to balance carefully how much air
is being incorporated into the milk as the wand creates a vortex. The barista
must especially pay attention to the milk’s temperature and try to keep the tip
of the steam wand just below the milk surface.
Dalla
Corte’s MCS just needs to be inserted into the standing pitcher, and the job is
done. The steam wand’s special design allows to place the pitcher on the drip
tray, and there you have it!
