We’re at Sigep for the 41^st edition of this International Coffee, Gelato and Pastry Exhibition.

At our booth you can learn about coffee extraction, how to set different flows and profiles on Dalla Corte’s commercial espresso machines XT, XT Classic and Studio, but most of all , our Coffee Experts will unveil all the secrets of Latte Art techniques!

Every day at our booth you can take participate in our amateur Latte Art Contest, where one of our Coffee Experts will teach you how to make a cappuccino decorated with beautiful hearts and tulips. Once the fair is over, we will post the pictures of your Latte Art decorations on our social media: the cappuccino with more likes will win a professional Latte Art Class by Andrea Antonelli’s Street Coffee School in Dalla Corte’s training center!
