Hard Beans is a coffee connoisseur’s dream!

Hard Beans Coffee Roasters, based in Opole, Poland, is a coffee connoisseur’s dream! Delicious espressos and freshly ground beans (which they roast themselves) are available for the many visitors.

HBCR is constantly involved in developing a “coffee culture” and a better awareness of the drink itself: for this reason, the team cooperates with the likes of Opole University of Technology to improve the brewing and storage of coffee beans.

They focus on research and quality, individually selecting roasting profiles for every origin of green beans that they buy. To help them achieve their goals, they’ve chosen a perfect match: Dalla Corte Mina&Max in a lovely custom Venice Wood version. Mina is the perfect commercial espresso machine to properly research coffee profiling, thanks to the DFR (Digital Flow Regulation) which can be controlled remotely by its App.

“Now one of our barista is training for Dalla Corte Cup which will be held in Poland in January” they tell us, how exciting!
