Efforts in Social Responsibility

Part of becoming more socially and environmentally responsible is looking toward our fellow man and asking ourselves what we can do to improve lives around us as a company.

Our very first signature innovation, the multi boiler, is aimed at not only providing a more consistent and even temperature per group head, but also allowing cafe owners to minimise their energy consumption on slower days, reducing their utility bill when they need to most.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is a top priority, and we are now using a special brass alloy that doesn't release heavy metals such as nickel, chromium or lead into the water. We have effectively become the first manufacturer to comply with the American FDA requirements for all the machines we produce.*

We believe in giving people a second chance. The Second Chance Project, thanks to the fruitful cooperation with Bollate Penitentiary, encompasses our desire to do something socially impactful with our brand.

By providing professional training courses and teaching sectorial competences, we aim to offer the possibility for inmates to build a brand new life. Our special team will learn how to revise coffee machines, replace spare parts, learn all the related technical matters and, for sure, prepare excellent espressos!

The replacement of old components with lead free parts is perfectly in line with current regulations and our green policy, and gives valuable skills and purpose to those who need it most. This is what we call a win-win.
