Coffee Mill can rely on the wonderful commercial espresso machine Dalla Corte Evo2 for constantly perfect espresso shots: thanks to the multi boiler technology, the water temperature in each independent group is maintained steady throughout extraction. What is more, thanks to this advanced system Coffee Mill can turn off any group or just the boiler when not used and save energy!
