Coffee culture at Coffee&Talks Dubai

We loved spending this Valentine’s day spreading our passion for coffee at the Coffee & Talks in Dubai, in the heart of the beautiful Palm Jumerirah at C Central Resort! The event, open to everyone, was organized in collaboration with Baristas’ Corner, official distributor for Dalla Corte commercial espresso machines in The United Arab Emirates.

Baristas, roasters and all coffee lovers saved the date to attend this special gathering dedicated to coffee culture. Multiple espresso workshops on Dalla Corte’s professional coffee machines and tastings from different roasters of coffees from all over the world have amazed the many visitors.

Moments of coffee education with Mohamed Alshamsi of Barista’s Corner, the mind behind this splendid event, and Marco Libonati, Dalla Corte’s Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, who talked about Dalla Corte’s history and mission, and also introduced future plans for the launch of the new professional machine Zero.

The fierce Latte Art Throwdown with AST barista Chiara Bergonzi (2014  Latte Art vice-world-champion) saw many incredibly talented contestants fight for the ambitious winner’s title and great first prize: a Dalla Corte’s professional espresso machine Studio!

Later on, more coffee education sessions with Dalla Corte’s Coffee Pro Danilo  Lodi, who walked the audience through the process and importance of the flow in extracting a good espresso, by working on flow-profiling espresso machine Mina.
