Brisbane, are you ready to set all limits to zero?

This week, on June 17, Dalla Corte is hosting a “flow-profiling” contest, for the first time on the Zero espresso machine.

To win the $2000 prize, competitors will use the Digital Flow Regulation to uncover organoleptic properties that can only be enhanced when controlling the flow rate during extraction. With coffee by @projectorigincoffee carefully roasted by @timadamsspecialtycoffee, and SCA-standard water by @bwt_bestwatertechnology, contestants will have to impress the panel of expert judges, led by Northern Region Barista Championship @tilly.ellen
