Cafè Secreto starts in 2015 and is part of the project Barista at Work, a company that operates in different fields of the coffee supply chain. They’ve quickly become a true and proper “coffee-guru” in Brazil, thanks to their many professional courses for baristas and coffee lovers who wish to improve their barista skills, understand blend selection and discover more about coffee roasting.

Leader of this project is coffee lover and barista Renato Gutierres, who studied coffee roasting and specialty coffee tasting in depth. Behind each cup of coffee there’s a long research for a better result, by tasting, roasting, teaching and making many, many coffees!
