The #DallaCorteXT is the espresso machine with water flow regulation, which allows you to set different flow rates for each brewing group.

For example, if you have light roast coffee you can try a flow of 7 grams of water per second – compared to the standard 10 g/s – to improve the development of aromas in the cup.
