5 baskets to make your best espresso

Why do we include 5 different baskets with our commercial espresso machines? Most coffee espresso machine producers will include between 3 or 4 baskets, so 5 might seem a little excessive to some. But not to us in Dalla Corte!

We all know that nowadays different markets require an amount of coffee that, if extracted with a standard-sized basket, could result in overdosing or underdosing your extraction. Pretty often, also different roasting types have a wider volume compared to what the traditional market was used to supply with a limited range of baskets.

With our professional espresso machines, we provide the standard 26mm basket as well as a 24mm, 28mm, 30mm and 32mm basket. This wide selection of different basket sizes gives baristas the chance to use whatever amount of coffee they want to extract their best espressos, without compromising and having to reduce the extraction chamber.
