10th to the 13th the eyes of the Russian coffee community
were all on Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan actually hosted the North
Caucasus Coffee Festival @nccf.coffeefest!
A coffee festival with a dense agenda including cupping, conferences with coffee experts and, of course, barista championships. The main event of the fair was the regional qualification round of the Russian Barista Championship, where baristas competed on the Zero commercial espresso machines by Dalla Corte, main sponsor of the event together with local partner Franko.
